Job Description: Manager – FinTech PMO Program Lead

Excelerate is seeking a strategic Program Lead to manage a high-impact initiative for a FinTech client in their newly formed and growing Program Management Office. This 3-month+ contract role requires full-time availability and on-site presence in Mountain View.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead creation of a "how-to" playbook and job aids based on leadership’s priorities.
Develop and roll out training videos (Loom, podcasts) for Program Managers.
Coach PMs to align program deliverables with new standards.
Oversee complex workstreams from start to finish.
Analyze data, map detailed business processes, and identify risks to drive operational improvements.
Build business cases, perform financial modeling, and deliver executive-level presentations.
Facilitate workshops and drive stakeholder alignment.
Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications:

4+ years in management consulting with expertise in strategic program management, change management and training, and process playbook development and deployment.
Strong experience mapping complex business processes and devising ways to teach/train these processes to new teams
Skilled in developing concise job aids and 1-page “how-to” guides to support Program Manager (PM) deliverables.
Skilled in GenAI tools (e.g., Gemini, Notebook LM), and video-based instruction.
Strong background in Agile/Lean project management, data analysis, and change management.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Comfortable in large, complex organizations (1,000+ people).
Experience in Fintech or Finance is a plus.
Availability to be on-site in Mountain View is required.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.

Duration: 3 months, 40 hours a week
