Paid Social Media Buyer (Facebook Ads) Full-Time | $60,000-$75,000 + Performance-Based Bonus About the Role: We're looking for a performance-driven Paid Social Media Buyer to manage, optimize, and scale digital ad campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and other emerging channels. You'll work closely with our creative and strategy teams to build full-funnel campaigns that convert - from ad copy to audience targeting to performance analysis. What You'll Do: Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and other relevant channels. Develop media plans and allocate budgets across platforms to drive results aligned with KPIs. Analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights. Collaborate with creative teams to inform and test ad copy, visuals, and formats. Conduct A/B testing on audience segments, creatives, and landing pages. Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging trends in paid social. Generate clear reporting for internal stakeholders on campaign progress, learnings, and ROI. What You Bring: 2+ years of hands-on experience running paid social campaigns on Meta. Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable results (ROAS, CPA, CTR, etc.). Strong analytical skills and comfortable using Ads Manager & conversion tracking. Experience with performance marketing strategies and full-funnel campaign execution. Bonus: Familiarity with other digital channels (YouTube, Snapchat, Pinterest, etc.). Bonus: Experience in DTC, eCommerce, or lead gen verticals.
