Up to 2 days per month.Telehealth: YesNumber of Physicians: 3Number of Advanced Practice Providers: 5Supervision of APP expected: YesPhysician Nurse Ratio: 1:1Ancillary Staff per Provider: 2:1Exam Rooms per Provider: 5Medical Imaging: YesLab amp Pharmacy: YesClinic Provider Daily Volume: 20-25Average Daily Hospital Practice Census: 10-20 cardiology patientsAppointment Length: 15 to 30 minutes apptsDemographics: Serving all of Siouxland and surrounding area Population is 100000EMR: Cerner PowerchartTeaching Opportunity: Internships and PreceptorsJob Responsibilities: Clinic visits new/established Electrophysiology procedures device monitoring loopp pacemakers ICD general callIn Clinic device transmissions and reprogrammingWe have an EP PA who will assist with patient volumes.
