Let us help you make your next big career move a reality! What You Will Be Doing: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Engineer 2 to join our dynamic Endpoint Engineeringteam. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to solve complex business problems and serve as a subject matter expertin endpoint and virtualization technologies. You will be instrumental in designing, implementing, supporting, and optimizing our enterprise Citrix environment, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions for our global workforce. As part of a team focused on shaping the future work environment, you will help deliver innovative productivity, collaboration, and communication solutions across physical and virtual platforms. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and provide ongoing support for enterprise-scale Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) environments hosted on Windows Server platforms. Administer and maintain Citrix NetScaler (Citrix ADC) infrastructure, configuring load balancing, secure remote access (Gateway), and high availability solutions. Implement and manage application layering technologies (e.g., Citrix App Layering) to optimize application delivery and simplify image management processes. Monitor system performance, conduct tuning, and generate reports using tools like Citrix Director, Citrix Studio, and other third-party monitoring solutions. Collaborate effectively with infrastructure, security, application, and desktop support teams to ensure a consistent, secure, and optimized end-user computing experience. Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex technical issues related to user connectivity, system latency, printing, application errors, and user profile management. Manage and maintain core Windows Server infrastructure components, including Group Policy Object (GPO) management, Active Directory integration, and system patching strategies. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation detailing environment architecture, configuration standards, operational procedures, and processes. Participate in incident and problem resolution for enterprise-class systems, ensuring the availability and continuity of critical infrastructure resources. Required Skills & Experience: Proven, hands-on experience designing, implementing, and supporting Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD). Solid experience managing and working within Microsoft Active Directory environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshootingcomplex technical issues. Excellentcommunication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a teamenvironment. Desired Skills & Experience: Experience with Microsoft Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) and Microsoft InTune. A foundational understanding of Microsoft Azure infrastructure concepts, including virtual networking, storage options, dynamic scaling, and security best practices. Experience using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, particularly Terraform. Familiarity with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) management platforms like Nerdio. Experience with performance monitoring and management tools such as ControlUp or similar alternatives. Experience with cloud-based desktop solutions like Windows 365 (W365). Relevant Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-140: Configuring and Operating Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop, AZ-104: Microsoft Azure Administrator). Pay: $47.60 - $68.00 /hr.
