Job Description

As a Lease Administration Coordinator, you will be immersed in a dynamic environment, collaborating closely with the team to manage essential administrative tasks. Your contributions will ensure the smooth flow of information and documentation, directly impacting the effectiveness of lease administration. What You’ll Do:
* Coordinate department mailings, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of important documents.
* Maintain meticulous physical and electronic records, contributing to efficient information retrieval and compliance.
* Monitor and route incoming emails, facilitating effective communication and prompt responses.
* Assist with filing and sorting, optimizing organization and accessibility of critical documents.
* Perform other clerical duties as needed, showcasing your adaptability and willingness to support the team.

Must-Haves:
* High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
* At least one year of professional experience, preferably in a high-volume data entry or customer service environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook, with the ability to manipulate data, manage emails, and utilize basic computer functions.
* Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, enabling you to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal), allowing you to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $19.33 to $21.33 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
