Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Specialist to support and enforce regulatory and operational compliance within our global supply chain operations. This role is key in ensuring adherence to international trade laws, customs regulations, and internal policies related to transportation and warehousing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable international trade regulations, including customs, import/export controls, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with logistics, warehouse, and procurement teams to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trade laws, sanctions, and transportation regulations in target markets.
  • Conduct internal audits and support external audits or inspections by regulatory bodies.
  • Create and update compliance documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
  • Assist in resolving compliance-related issues with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and vendors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in compliance, international trade, logistics, or a related area.
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written).
  • Strong knowledge of international trade regulations , warehousing, and transportation processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems or compliance software is a plus.
